✨🌟 Magnet Senior Spotlight: Miss Laila Webb 🌟✨
Join us in celebrating the incredible Miss Laila Webb ... a true superstar in every sense of the word!
From excelling in the classroom to dominating on the court and track, Laila embodies dedication, talent, and heart. As a proud member of our Sports Medicine team, a Varsity Basketball player, and a Track & Field standout, she has made her mark in every space she’s stepped into.
But beyond her accomplishments, Laila’s radiant spirit shines even brighter. Beautiful inside and out, she is one of the kindest, most genuine young ladies you will ever meet ... a true joy to our Cass Magnet family. 🌍🧲
We are thrilled to celebrate her commitment to Bernau University, where she will continue her Track & Field career while pursuing her passion for pediatric medicine.
While we will miss her sweet soul, we couldn’t be more proud of all she has achieved and all that lies ahead. The future is so bright for you, Laila! 🌟💙💛

Our Senior Spotlight Shines on Miss Leslie Alvarado!!
If college acceptances are any indication, the message is loud and clear—everyone wants Ms. Alvarado on their campus, and it’s easy to see why. Around here, we call her the “mom” of the Magnet program, because she’s always the one taking care of everyone else—organizing, planning, encouraging, and showing up exactly when you need her. Leslie is everyone’s first call.
But that’s just part of the story. Leslie is also a wildly talented artist, deeply intelligent, and incredibly driven—oh, and our very own Miss CHS! Beyond Magnet, she has grown as a leader through her involvement in Beta Club, HoPE, and ASL, while also serving as a social media coordinator for several athletic teams.
All of those skills—and that unmatched energy—will take her far as she pursues a career in education, possibly specializing in ESOL. No matter where her path leads, one thing is certain: her impact here is lasting, and she will be missed more than words can say.
So proud of you, Leslie—congratulations!

Leadership. Vision. Passion. A little bit of chaos (me - I'm the chaos) management!
We are beyond excited to officially announce the 2026–2027 Cass Magnet Leadership Team! These students represent the very best of what our program stands for — academic excellence, service, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to lead with both confidence and heart.
This team is made up of students who challenge themselves, support others, and continually look for ways to strengthen our Magnet family. Whether they’re planning events, mentoring younger students, representing our program, or bringing new ideas to the table, we know this group is ready to make a huge impact this year.
The future of Cass Magnet is in very capable hands, and we cannot wait to see what this leadership team accomplishes together. 💛💙
