Meet eWire partner, Kai Bailey!
With more than 20 years of managerial experience and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Women’s Studies, Kai Bailey comes equipped with the experience and passion to grow, evolve, or launch any business.
She is highly skilled and driven when it comes to business practices such as strategic planning, principled processes, collective collaboration and providing strong leadership. Her community-minded approach offers a refreshing focus on service and reflects her views on the importance of volunteering and leading by example.
Kai noticed that some of her most impactful moments in life occurred during short conversations and interactions where everyone was actively engaged. With this realization, she has come to understand the importance of slowing down and truly SEEING and HEARING others during these opportunities for true connection.
“If we slow down long enough to be mindful and intentional with our words and actions, we can improve the outcome of any situation” says Kai
Kai’s true passion lies in helping others come to this realization for themselves, essentially allowing them to forge their own pathways to impact. She is driven by the desire to live every single day better than the last, while inspiring others to do the same. Audra Lamoon is the Chief Happiness Officer at Livewire and eWire, and has proudly held this role throughout her entire career.
Audra delves into the DNA of her clients and their customers to build learning experiences around people, property, and service. As a former Deputy Chairman of The Retail Trust Committee and co-founder of The RLI MIX (Retail International networking club for developers); you could say she loves retail and iconic service.
Audra believes in sharing lessons learned and techniques with retail, hotel, the multifamily and Build to Rent sectors, based on experiences she has had and the collaborative work she has embarked upon with subject matter experts all over the US, Dubai and UK.
Above all, Audra believes in having fun through learning and connecting people with their “genius zone”. Whether advising, speaking, designing, assessing or delivering, Audra is constantly in a happy place of her own and she can’t wait to share some of that happy with you!
