I had the pleasure of hearing Rennie Curran speak about game changer leadership and championship culture today at SHRM Atlanta's chapter meeting. Even though I'm a team of one, I walked away this: to operate at the level of my vision and hold to my standards.
If you have the opportunity to visit the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta, I highly recommend it! I had so much fun exploring all of the memorabilia and the interactive photo stations.

Honored to return for a second Enneagram workshop with the Girl Scouts—this time with 19 senior staff exploring collaboration and communication! Earlier this year, I helped their executive team of nine deepen self-awareness and leadership.
It’s inspiring to see this organization champion growth at every level.
Seeing the impact multiply as more leaders engage with the Enneagram sparks powerful transformation: the insight and connection built today will ripple throughout the Girl Scouts organization.
Team workshops like these are where change begins!
Is your leadership team ready for their next breakthrough? Let’s build a culture of connection together. DM for details or fall workshop bookings.

We had an incredible day with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta’s executive team, diving deep into team building through the lens of the Enneagram.
We uncovered some fantastic insights—turns out the team has a strong 'head type' dynamic! We had meaningful conversations about balancing that with more 'heart' and 'gut' perspectives. It was amazing to see how their unique personality types complement each other and contribute to a stronger team.
And yes—we laughed a lot! I’m thrilled about the positive energy and the deeper understanding that emerged. Here’s to more integration and growth ahead!

Do I have any friends attending SOAHR this year? I'll be there both days learning how to better serve HR professionals with coaching and the Enneagram. Let's connect!

As I plan my strategy for 2025, I'm feeling increasingly uncomfortable and I'm ready for it. The only way I realize my goals is to do the things that force me out of my comfort.
As an Enneagram 9, this is the opposite of what feels good. 9's tend towards comfort and ease. So how do I make it work? By changing the thoughts I have about it. Like everyone else, I can get stuck in the narrative that "I'm not wired that way." What I love about the Enneagram is that it shows you the path to rise above your personality and take on the motivations & characteristics of other types. I call this my NORTH STAR. This is who I need to be to get what I want. It shortens the gap between what I want and what I'm willing to do.
My North Star:
• Type 3 - self-assured, confident & competent.
• Type 8 - Courageous, energetic, resourceful, & stand up for what they want & believe is right.
I'd love to hear what your strategy is for this next year! What are you leaning into?
