Butt came up…but 301lbs is a solid ! Progress over time and so stoked to keep going.
Hit 275 lbs on squat and 365 on deadlift after this for a decent total of 941 lbs! Was hoping to break the but I know I’ll be able to get it in 8/12 weeks after following a plan I’ve FINALLY put together.
Ty to my beautiful babe for spotting! She hit a PR of 110lbs on bench too!

What a freaking workout!!! Tackled ‘s 100 REP BENCH PRESS workout! Previously went through at 185lbs in about 24 minutes…yeah I took MUCH longer this time at 225lbs but I got it done! Check out his YouTube page for the original video!
