Unapologetically picky ✨
- just a sassier way to say, “I’m intentional about every aspect of my well-being!”

There’s something powerful about the word “we.”

It’s unbreakable.

It reminds us that although we are individuals, our stories are deeply connected.

It intertwines us as reflections of one another.

You see me. I see you. We see them. They see us.

The mess. The pain. The resilience. The effort. The subtle progress. The major growth.

All of it matters for all of us.

So we owe it to ourselves & everyone around to know…
• What we’re doing
• Why we’re doing it
• Where we’re going
• & How we’re getting there

We’re on our way to more meaning & mindfulness in s*x, dating, & relationships.

This is our Manifesto. ✨

SAVE IT!

It’s about to get realll unapologetically transparent around here...

Bc I have to be honest about something: I’ve spent the past few months wrestling with God about how to operate as a coach. I felt a push to niche down, but I initially resisted bc the topic wasn’t all that appealing.

Sure, this topic is what I chose to study in college & yeah-- I earned the "bizarre" degree that came w/ that. Yes, it naturally & unexpectedly showed up as the common denominator in my coaching work; the hidden link between my otherwise wildly diverse clients. Sure, all of this came after years of working through this complex topic in my own private life. SO WHAT??

I still had no interest in attaching my name to it publicly! 🙅🏽‍♀️

I wasn't ready.

It felt too taboo. Too messy to touch. Too big to tackle. Too pervasive to make an impact. Too embarrassing to be transparent about.

But God repeatedly showed me that this was simply the lane I’m supposed to operate in:

Hookup culture- casual s*x, dating, & situationships 🔥

“Really God?!?! WHYY?? Who wants to hear or talk about that?? Women are perfectly fine getting d*cked down by whoever they want without me coming to ruin their fun! I’ve already done my healing in those areas. Can’t I just be a personal development coach, or ANYTHING less controversial??”

After enough complaining to God about my assignment, I got quiet & sat still.

What I heard back was, “the minds, bodies, hearts, and souls of other women are still suffering in these areas. I’ve built you for this. Your work is just beginning.”

So, yeah. We're really doing this! 💁🏾‍♀️
If any of the above resonates with you, come on, girl! Let's go...

**MOMENT OF TRUTH**

I used to identify as “spiritual,” but my focus was in the wrong place.

I’ve always operated in faith, but I wasn’t 100% sure what was shaping my beliefs.

Well, let’s be clear. If you don’t know what you believe in…the world will feed you anything.

Just how our bodies need food, so too do our spirits.
& when your spirit is hungry/malnourished, you’re likely to consume anything you’re fed.

The world doesn’t have your answers. The world doesn’t even have its own answers!

The Author & Creator of life is the only source of guidance that will ever truly satisfy your spirit. In this life, & the next.

Lock in 🔐🤍

That’s the type of love we should chase.

Love that sacrifices & saves. Love that heals. Love that is unconditional & true. Love that does not fade.

Love that isn’t wishy-washy, but stands firm.

The love of Jesus.

**
God wants your whole heart, and the enemy knows that. He knows the more hearts that are turned toward God, the less pain, evil, & darkness will prevail.

That’s a call for us to be mindful of what our hearts are tied to. Especially in our single season when it’s incredibly easy to dwell on what we don’t have. That’s not where God wants our focus.

If you keep God first, you can trust that He’ll meet your needs—whatever they are—at just the right time.

Philippians 4:13 hits different when you say it like you believe it.

Will you tell yourself this today? ☀️

It’s been a while, but your girl is back in FULL EFFECT! ✨

I believe in stepping back from the work when I feel called to.
To recharge. To process change. To make sure my own mind and spirit are operating at their best. That is how I serve.

I took time to pause, reflect, and seek God’s guidance on next steps. We made a few moves🙌🏾

So what’s new?

1. I’m officially an ATLien! Atlanta is where you’ll find me (for now). If you’re local, let’s connect! If you’re not, no worries. Virtual sessions are still very much a thing.

2. To strengthen my offering as a faith-based life coach, I’m supplementing my current credentials. I’m completing coursework to officially (& confidently) operate as a certified Christian counselor. Human guidance alone is insufficient. We need God at the center of all that we think, feel, and do. THAT is when life clicks. This is an area of my work that I’ve been especially prayerful in. I look forward to serving you more in the coming weeks 🕊

3. My DMs are open!! Simply put...I wanna hear from you! Have a question about: growing your relationship with Christ, surviving a narcissist/narcissistic recovery, setting boundaries, situationships, or life in general?.... Send me a direct message for a chance to have your unique question answered personally + professionally. Can’t wait to connect with you🤍

We’ve got it too easy these days. A few double taps. A few heart eyes 😍😍. & without second thought, a rush of feelings take over.

We like to be seen. But do we know how to speak?

To each other? Like…substance?

✨INTENTIONS: what do you have to say & why do you want to say it?

✨VULNERABILITY: showing up with your emotions exposed, without knowing where that’s going to lead. Trusting you’ll be just fine either way.

✨ENDURANCE: do you actually have the desire to nurture a new connection & cultivate growth over time?

If you aren’t afraid to do each one of these things, shoot your shot! Until then, keep minding your business. Respectfully 💕

A Trauma Bond is when a person becomes bound to a source of discomfort.

Two become attached—and dare I say addicted— to the chase of hot & cold emotions. Confusing this toxic cycle as passionate love.

Although the relationship may be filled with emotional, verbal, &/or physical neglect/abuse…both choose to stay.

Although the attachment isn’t healthy, it’s familiar. So it feels safe.

But you know when it’s not. So choose where you stay. Choose who gets to sit next to you. Choose what you allow. & know when to walk away.

Share this with someone who could use a respectful reminder that the CHOICE is theirs.

*sending love & prayer to everyone who’s already made it out 🤍
