I choose You because You first chose me.

Getting baptized was something I wanted to do for a very long time, but I wanted to do it with my husband because I thought it was a beautiful commitment that should be shared between two people who loved each other.

As I continue through my journey with God I understand more and more what it truly means to be baptized.

I realized that yes, it is a commitment, and yes it should be shared between two people who love each other, but that two people is you and Christ. A baptism is not about anybody else. It's about your relationship with God.

Christ saved me
Christ died for me
Christ rose for me
Christ loves me
Christ chose

And now I choose Him. Fully and completely.

This book is a blessing.

I've always wanted to be an author but last year I actually put it down on paper and started working towards it.

After my husband passed, I truly realized how life waits for no one. It goes on whether you want it to or not.

I decided to stop holding off on things I wanted and really began working towards them.

This book is just a glimpse of my story and an extremely helpful resource to anyone dealing with a loss of some kind.

What God can not do does not exist, but he does need you to make a move!

Three things I learned from reading Habakkuk 2: 1-3

1. It's important to have vision and also to write it down. Writing it down makes it real.

2. Live by faith. Sometimes it may seem as though the vision is not happening/taking too long, but God promises that the vision will come to pass in its time. Be patient.

3. Your vision is not about you alone. It's bigger. So trust that God is doing something BIG in you and through you. Stay humble and submit yourself to His plan because it is for your good and for His glory.

What's your vision? What has God asked of you? Whether you know the answer to those questions or not, know that there's a community of people who want to help you bring that vision to life or help you discover what it is.
