I hope this affirmation fuels your faith as much as it did mine.

Focus on the words and the feelings that they awaken. Say this daily, multiple times a day, really lean into how you feel when you say it. What you say to yourself, you will eventually believe. Use this to interrupt thoughts of fear and anxiety

In the beginning, you may not believe it and even feel foolish for saying, say it multiple time on those days. Write it down and post it all over your environment.

These words really help me, when the struggles get real, and I am feeling the weight or life, I say it constantly, not because I don't believe it but because I am affirm my focus and faith
