Dream Big
In Mark 8:27-32, Jesus asked His disciples, His closest companions in ministry, "Who do people say that I am?" They replied, "Some say Elijah, others say John the Baptist, and still others say a prophet." Then Jesus asked, "But who do you say I am?" Peter answered, "You are the Christ." Upon Peter's recognition of Jesus' true identity and mission, Jesus began to reveal the suffering He must endure because of the anointing on His mission. However, when Peter tried to rebuke Jesus about this calling, Jesus responded, "Get behind me, Satan! You are not mindful of the things of God, but of the things of men."

How often have you shared your God-given identity, purpose, and mission with your closest friends, only to have them try to hinder you from fulfilling it? I encourage you today to carry the confidence of Christ and hold fast to His promises concerning your purpose in His Kingdom. Do not let others diminish your dreams and mission because they see only through the eyes of men. Dream big, embrace your divine calling, and pursue the great things God has destined for you to advance His Kingdom. Dream Big and Do Big things.

Core Values

We believe that Ordinary People School of the Prophets will be one of the religious institution that will aide in the restoration, integrity, morality, and creditably of the apostolic and prophetic ministry.

This belief is based on the following tenets of our school’s “ethos or core values”:
1. Prophetic Gifts and Callings are based on Biblical Principles
2. The Scriptures are the main guiding principles of all teaching, training, and education
3. It is essential to the entire learning experience to provide an atmosphere where God and His Word reside.
4. We must cultivate an atmosphere which will help the students develop a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
5. It is essential to offer opportunity for practical ministry that compliments those objectives learned in the classroom
6. It is central to cultivate an atmosphere which will help students to develop a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ
7. It is very important to facilitate mentoring and training opportunities for new apostolic leaders by seasoned apostolic leaders.
8. It is important to institute a global perspective of the prophetic based on a network of established churches in Europe, Africa, Thailand and Pakistan
9. Establish an Apostolic Leadership Accountability Governance Board is essential.
10. Our hope for students is that, through their time at the school and their lives will become transformed in Christ, that they will have their minds further constructed with His truth and their characters formed according to His virtues, and that their hearts will carry His mission. It is our hope that our students move into the extraordinaries of Christ, they are conformed to the image and likeness of Christ, both to His life and His suffering through the Holy Spirit
11. Compassion- As a Kingdom of God community, the students will exude the character, integrity and what God values. Students will respect one another.

School Profile

OPI School of the Prophets came into existence through a divine encounter to move God’s people from being ordinary to extraordinary in Christ Jesus. He made us to be extraordinary in Christ, by creating us in His image and likeness. He blew His breath of life inside us and made us in His image, which includes all the spiritual, supernatural, creative, abilities and talents of almighty God. From that perspective, God placed on my heart that His people are not aware of the power that is within them and that power is from God. He is the source that causes us to move into the extraordinary.

For over 25 years, Ordinary People has been providing seminars and training on how to move in the extraordinariness of God. We have done so through hosting events through Ordinary People broadcasts that aired on the Angel One Network and Atlanta Interfaith Broadcast. Additionally, we have led Christian delegations on missionary and evangelical trips to Crete Greece and Egypt. Moreover, OPI has hosted city-wide prophetic prayer conferences within the Atlanta metroplex. Also, we have provided several awards to ordinary people that trusted God to move them into extraordinary achievements in Christ.

In 2018 God spoke to me, Annette R Wright, to establish a School of The Apostolic Ministerial Leadership that would focus on training, teaching, and educating those who were called into the apostolic and prophetic ministerial leadership. Hence, the School of The Apostolic Ministerial Leadership was established with the mission of Christian education with a laser focus on the fivefold ascension gifts. The school held its original training classes at the Renaissance Airport Hotel in East Point, Georgia with approximately three students in residency and several others internationally via distance learning.

Within two years, God has blessed the school to have trained over fifty leaders from various churches around the globe on the apostolic and prophetic ministry. Currently, the school is 100% online. We believe God for the prophecy from four major prophets that the School of the Prophets will be a major influence on training apostles and prophets globally. Additionally, we believe God that in 2023 and beyond, the School of The Prophets will obtain full accreditation with Transworld Accrediting Commission that will allow the school to advance students to the position of earning a certification, undergraduate or graduate degree in Biblical Studies with a focus on the Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry.

Mission Statement

To teach, train, and overall educate those are called to the Apostolic Church leadership which includes all of the ascension gifts of Christ. And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unit of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. (Ephesian 4:11-14) KJV.

ANNETTE'S STORY

Wright was instrumental in mentoring at-risk youths detained at “The Bridge,”- a Department of Juvenile Justice, Youth Detention Center. Her calling enabled her to reform the lives of many youth who were battered from years of abuse, deriving from human trafficking, and/or drug and related substance addictions. Her involvement in “The Bridge” helped the youth realize a sense of self-worth. Through profound mentorship and encouragement, the youth were fulfilled with a purpose and they ultimately became contributing members of society. Throughout Wright’s marketplace career, she has received numerous honors for her work which includes being featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to bridge the digital divide for underserved elementary schools. The schools, due to Wright’s efforts, were blessed with computers valued at $1.2M. As a result, Wright received the prestigious Atlanta Phoenix Award (the first ever given to an individual by the former Atlanta Mayor, Earl Campbell).

Wright also received the 2003 Woman of Year Award from the Women in Technology and the US Black and Hispanic Engineering and Technical Magazine “Women of Color Technical Award” for obtaining, installing, and servicing 144 computers in six Atlanta inner city schools.

Wright was ordained as a Prophet and Pastor under the tutelage of the late Apostle Nancy West, Outflow Ministry International (OMI), Lithonia, GA. Currently, Prophet Annette is a member of Life Center International (LCI) in Charlotte, NC, under Apostle Terrell Murphy. Here she is one of the Christian leaders assisting in planting an extended arm of LCI in Alpharetta, Ga.

Today, Wright continues her tradition of “strong community” and civic involvement. Currently, through a prophetic vision, Wright has instituted a prophetic training school and prophetic networks of small global ministries. Wright is also an author; her most current release is How to Stir up your Spiritual Gifts and Callings. Wright strives to “equip the saints” to do the work of Christ. She believes, it is not about titles, positions, or status, but rather about “being filled with the Holy Spirit and leading with integrity.” Wright was invited to participate in prophetic training under Apostle Bill Hamon, founder and CEO of Christian International, which hails in Santa Rosa, Florida.
