2025 was hard.
Not loudly. Just… steadily.

Too much doing. Too little space.
More commitments than capacity.
Less time than I wanted for my health, my family, and myself.

This vision board might look simple.
Playful, even.
And that’s kind of the point. 😎

I’m learning that calm isn’t something I earn after everything else is done — it’s something I need in order to show up at all.
That authentic doesn’t mean shrinking or smoothing myself out, but letting the curious, creative, sometimes silly parts of me be seen.
That creative space isn’t a luxury — it’s part of how I stay well.

There aren’t many traditional “business goals” here, and that feels strange… but also right.
Because my business doesn’t live separate from my life.
It needs to fit inside it.

This year, I’m choosing to build more thoughtfully.
Better systems. Clearer boundaries.
A business that supports a life with room to read, rest, create, laugh, and be present.

Less pushing.
More intention.

Here’s to a new year that feels a little lighter, a little calmer, and much more like home. 🌿

Before Alora Bloom, there was Called to Design—my tech VA business. But even before that, I started as a creative entrepreneur, running a fiber arts blog and designing knit & crochet patterns. 🌿

So initially, I focused on helping pattern designers with the behind-the-scenes work of publishing—because I knew firsthand how much went into it beyond just creating the design! But as I expanded my work, I realized my skills in project management, systems, and strategy could help businesses beyond the fiber industry.

That shift led me to my first long-term client—a weaving course creator—and soon, I was supporting coaches, course creators, and service providers who needed more than just tech help. They needed systems that worked, streamlined processes, and strategy to grow.

That’s how I went from a tech VA to an OBM and certified metrics dashboard designer. 🌱 Now, I don’t just implement tech—I help business owners clear the chaos, create scalable systems, and build a foundation for long-term success.
