Our daily diets typically leave our bodies full of unhealthy oils. Many of these harmful oils can cause an upsurge of cholesterol, which in turn interferes with the cardiovascular system and causes the ❤️ to overwork itself. Due to the importance of our cardiovascular system, it’s obvious that any illnesses or malfunctioning of this system could have detrimental consequences.



There are multiple causes of cardiovascular disease, but lifestyle is a major factor. Frequent exercise and a healthy diet are great ways to prevent any such condition; but another solution could be CBD. Research suggests that CBD could be extremely beneficial to the cardiovascular system, with evidence pointing towards its antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects as the key to its therapeutic action. ❤️



A 2017 paper that was published in journal JCL Insight looked into the blood-pressure-lowering effects of CBD by doing a study on nine healthy males who were given either 600 mg of CBD or placebo. The study found that CBD reduced the resting systolic blood pressure, and also reduced stroke volume. These results say a lot, considering that high blood pressure is one of the contributing factors to heart disease. All the healthy fats that are present in CBD fuels the antioxidant process which helps to minimize cholesterol. This means that taking a small dose of CBD each day could have a significant benefit on your cardiovascular health.❤️

Another batch of soaps in the molds... this one is coconut oil (superfatted 20%), goats milk, oat powder, lavender powder, Bulgarian lavender oil, & activated charcoal... mica added for color.

New batch of soap curing... coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, vitamin E, cocoa butter, palm oil, and shea butter... dandelion infused goats milk and appetizer vinegar, scented in sweet orange, colored with turmeric & micahs. Thank you Lexi for your help

It has been a busy day of soaping... this is batches 2 & 3 for the weekend, batch 1 was made on Friday. All these soaps will be available in 6 to 8 weeks

I know, that sounds weird 😅 but especially when there's a "stomach virus" or something wrong with the absorption in the intestinal tract due to liver or kidney disease.

Putting CBD Oil in the bellybutton is called the Pechoti delivery. When a fetus is in vitro, they get all their nutrition from their mother via the umbilical cord. A gland at their end of the umbilical cord, the Pechoti Gland, is responsible for distributing the nutrients to the developing baby.
