Best Field Trip Ever
1. Student put into groups through teachers.
2. Team finds location tgat inspires them.
3. Team decides on a business.
4. Team developes marketing ideas with art.
5. Team develooes business plan with Entrepreneur class strategies from past weeks.
6. Team developes a pitch.
7. Team decides who will create poster and provide pitch.
8. Team does presentation.

We are done with training on our Athens High School Peer Helpers. The students were trained last Friday on supporting their classmates through possibilities of su***de, bullying, body images, and mental health including depression and anxiety. The group is ready to help any classmates that are at-risk and prefer talking to their peers. We are glad that this group is lead by Mrs. Wales and Ms. Sutton. We will work on different campaigns with the groups as the year progressives. We would like to thank these students for conducting themselves in mature manners to provide leadership within their school and community.

Mrs. G and I want to thank Mr. Brandon Hargrove of Granite Bank for speaking to her class on stocks, bonds, and mortgages. Our students received so much information that will prepare them for the future when they begin to go into the financial level of life. We appreciate your time and mostly your ending to your presentation that highlighted pur students, saying that you are in their corner. We never know which student needs to hear this from someone. Thank you for what you do and sharing it with our Athens City students.
