We didn’t know Clematis Jeanne’s Pink could do this…

These incredible photos were shared by a customer and we’re so delighted she sent them our way.

The first four photos show her Jeanne’s Pink producing gorgeous doubled and semi-doubled blooms - something we’ve never seen before with this variety.

The final photo is our own Clematis Jeanne’s Pink in bloom at Brushwood this past April. While ours bloomed in its classic single form, we think both are beautiful.

Clematis Margot Koster. I love her twisty-turny tepals! A hard-prune, summer-blooming clematis.

Clematis Yukikomachi. A delightful Japanese hybrid that grows well in partly shaded conditions. Avoid full sun to prevent lavender color from washing out.

Flowering occurs on previous year’s growth so try not to hard prune. Simply cut back the top 1/3 to 1/2 of stems after flowering.

We’re so thrilled to have this back in our propagation rotation!
