New student enrollment for 2026-27 is ongoing and we are excited to bring our "Rolling Registration" initiative to four Athens Housing Authority neighborhoods next week!

If you or someone you know has a new student to enroll in CCSD, now is the time to do so! While student enrollment is an online process and can be entirely from your computer or device at home, we also offer in-person assistance. Our Rolling Registration events are a new way to make it easier than ever to get your child signed up for school so that you can avoid the summer rush and stress and have your child first-day ready for the start of school on August 5!

Our “Rolling Registration” events will be held on the following schedule:
• June 16, 8 a.m. - noon at Nellie B.
• June 16, 1-4 p.m. at Parkview
• June 17, 8 a.m. - noon at Rocksprings
• June 17, 1-4 p.m. at Broadacres

At each of these locations, we will have one of our “Innovative Learning Labs,” a former repurposed school bus that is equipped with WiFi, computer stations, and interactive learning centers for children with literacy and STEM-focused activities.

Want some meals for the weekend? Come see us at Coile Middle School located at 110 Old Elberton Road on Thursday, June 11th!

We will begin handing out weekend bundled meals at 4:15pm! They will be served on a first come, first serve basis. Once we serve them all, we will close for the day. Your meal bundles will include a handout that will provide you with the menu for the weekend and reheating/preparation instructions.

Follow the signs to find the door to the cafeteria. We will be waiting just inside the side door. Parents/guardians may pick up meals for children ages 18 and under. You will have to fill out some information before you leave with your meals.
