Thank you for your patience while we made some changes to the reunion weekend. We have now solidified the details!

The dates remain the same, however, we were made an offer that we could not refuse on the venue price, so the where has changed.

September 6, 7, & 8, 2024 G-X Rewind Weekend!

The entire weekend will be in Avila Beach, California!

Every class of ‘84 attendee receives a raffle ticket to win a 3 Day, 2 Night Vacation, including airfare for multiple locations!!!

Friday night-Mr. Rick’s 5 pm!
Multi-class Mixer with graduating classes ‘82 through ‘85.

Saturday-Group events, and hanging out during the day.
Lighthouse 4-6 pm Cocktails and appetizers on the patio
6-7 Santa Maria Style BBQ Dinner
6:45 Raffle drawing & contest winner announcements
7-8:30 MOCK ROCK CONCERT
8:30-10 Classic Rock DJ
10-? Aliva After Party
Bond fire on the beach

Sunday- Goodbye Gathering 11-3 pm
Picnic, Pickle Ball and Corn Hole competitions.

Accomodations: We currently have a 10 room block at the Lighthouse. I will add the link tomorrow here and on the website to book a room.

The rooms: Are 500 sqft and sleep four (plenty of room to share with a couple of classmates), they are all upgraded rooms, no payment is required until check out and they are located next to Mr. Rick’s and across from the park. They are $415/ night, discounted from $545/ night (taxes not included). They have discounted the activity fee (optional) from $45 to $20/room, which entitles you to bikes, lawn games, boogie boards, etc. There’s a parking lot across the street and street parking, or you can pay $15 to the Lighthouse for covered and secure parking.

We can add rooms to our block, but again, first come, first serve, so buy your tickets and make reservations NOW! September is still peak season for Avila!

Thank you everyone who has responded!! I’m so encouraged by all of your “yes’s” and enthusiasm!!

Thank you to Christy, Kelly, Tracey and Rick for offering to help. We have A LOT planned and will use all the help we can get. Please DM your email addresses, I will add you on Docs to share info.
