Same musical note but different octaves. 🤯
The size of the sound bowl along with the height of the bowl, thickness of the walls and sometimes the different alchemy type (crystals used to make the bowls) will change the way they sound. 🎶

You can hear in this video the different octaves of the same exact note. 🎵 You can also hear the timbre which is the characteristics of sound that can vary between alchemy type. Sometimes different alchemies (types of crystals used to make the bowl) can have subtle changes in how the bowl sings and how it sounds.

This video has size 6”, 7”, 8”, 9”, 10” and 12” of the same musical note and same tuning range.

Adding the same note but in different octaves to your set of bowls adds beautiful layers of harmony and depth to the soundscape.

Tried meditation but your brain wouldn’t shut up?

Then maybe sitting in complete silence just isn’t your favorite way to meditate. 😂

You don’t have to force your thoughts to disappear.
With sound meditation, you have something to gently bring your attention back to.
The tones.
The vibrations.
Your breath.
The sensations in your body.
Your mind will wander.
You notice it.
And then you come back to the sounds. 🎶
Again and again.
That’s actually part of the practice.
Meditation isn’t about having a perfectly quiet brain. 🤫
It’s about learning how to notice where your attention goes and gently bringing it back.
