I led a yoga and sound meditation in Aspen, Colorado at the Marble Sculpture Garden. 🏔️

🤍 The Marble Sculpture Garden was designed in 1955 by Herbert Bayer, an Austrian artist. The garden has 21 upright marble slabs set on a 36-foot square base. The marble was chosen from a local quarry in Marble, Colorado.

A beautiful place for our outdoor morning session!

☀️ The sun started to peak out from the Aspen trees.
The birds were singing to us. 🎵
A lovely morning feeling grounded, relaxed and in gratitude.

I am a 40 year old woman who sings made up songs 🎤 to her dog daily. 🐶

Yes, she gets full impromptu concerts. 🤣
I create songs based on what we are doing in the moment. She also gets a daily prayer of intention with her food. 🥘

The fact that she’s still going strong at 16 years young, (she will be 17 on September 3, 2026) … I truly believe part of this reason is because she receives so many sound bath sessions. And of course lots of kisses 😘 and love. ❤️
