I am honored to receive any award, but I believe it equally belongs to my team and coaching staff. I am fortunate to coach a group of talented players who play for each other. I must also express my gratitude to my wife Danae Rodriguez, who handles the challenges of baseball season with grace and supports me as a coach. Heralds look to restore baseball tradition When it comes to tradition, baseball seems to honor it better than any other sport.

Today was the last day of training before these two ladies compete at the NPC Natural Ohio bodybuilding show.

It’s been a grueling 6 months of training and dieting.

Most of our session are at 6am and they never missed a day. They brought everything they had to each session.

They did all this while having careers/businesses , children, husbands and so many other responsibilities

It’s been amazing to watch and I’m proud to be a part of their success.

I am so proud of what they have been able to accomplish.

Watching them do this has taught me so much as a trainer. I’m lucky to have them as clients.

So damn proud of this guy. Today was our last session before he moves into Ohio Northern where he will join the 7% of athletes that move on to the collegiate level. He is one of the original Physical Culture athletes. I met him the summer before his sophomore year and have worked with him since that day. I am grateful to have been part of your journey. Continue your success my friend.
