I have been thinking a lot about leaders in their profession who are in the later stages of their career and are ready for something beyond their 9-5. Often life or professional circumstances prompt the change. Sometimes it's planned and sometimes it is out of necessity. Regardless of the reasons, if you are looking to reinvigorate your career/work life and are ready to take some calculated risks, there is a world of options available.

Endings are also new beginnings. We have officially transitioned to summer and students are finished or about to finish school and are getting ready to leave for camp, summer activities or vacation. Summer is also time when many of us start reaccessing our work life and our careers. Having a step by step plan to evaluate your situation and then taking a little time to prepare can turn a desire into a reality. Consider taking a little time this summer to see if it's time for a change.
