Okay Shiloh Elementary School Alumni!! Here ye Here ye!! We extended the deadline for Registration until August 25th. It is in the August issue of The Urban News if you have one!! The Reunion Committee appreciates those who have already paid and those who have contacted us with your intentions. Inbox me/us if you need more information. WE CANNOT ACCEPT MONEY AT THE DOOR!! We must be able to give folks we're working with a final head count. Look forward to seeing you!!

LISTEN UP!! The Shiloh Elementary School Reunion Committee is gearing up for the 2nd Reunion to be held Aug. 31 - Sept. 2, 2012. The first one was "off the chain" with many positive comments and great spirit by everyone who came. We are exploring different venues for some of the activities. But whatever we do, the cost will increase. We are excited and hope that you will put this date on your calender. Start saving your pennies, nickels, and dimes. Are you ready? Say YEAH!!

The Shiloh School Reunion Committee is sponsoring "Bring in the New Year in Style", December 31st from 9:00 p.m.- 1:00 a.m. It will be held at the Friendship Center, 142 Shiloh Rd., Asheville, NC. Tickets are $20.00/person, $35.00/couple in advance and $25.00/person, $40.00/couple at the door. For tickets contac B4U and New, Heavenly Hair, or Sistah's Hair Gallery. The first Shiloh Elementary School Reunion is over. Feedback has been very positive. I had a great time and hope that you did also. People came from near and far. I saw folk that I haven't seen in over thirty years. Your constructive feedback is appreciated.

We are on the downside. You can still send your registration in. This committee has worked so hard to prepare a nice, unforgettable event Labor Day Weekend. It has been a labor of love!! Folks are comig out of the woodworks. How exciting!! Hope to see you there.

We are encouraging everyone to register ASAP. We are trying to do the PRELIMINARY head count. September will be here before you know it. Let me know if you need more info.

The planning committe met Thursday. We concurred on allowing "Friends of Shiloh"; people who did not attend Shiloh School, but who are interested in participating, to attend the festivities.
