BIG things are happening in July đź‘€

I’m co-hosting a 3-night Business Reset Series in Asheville with Lisa Zahiya — and honestly, this is the kind of room I wish more business owners would put themselves in.

Small group. Real conversations. Actual strategy.

Not networking for the sake of networking. Not motivational fluff. Not “10x your life” nonsense.

This is for the business owner who knows they can’t keep operating the same way and expect different results.

We’ll be digging into:

• Clarity — what’s actually working vs what’s draining you• Sales & Money — where revenue leaks are happening• Strategy & Mindset — the decisions required for your next level

Only 10 spots total so we can keep the room honest and useful.

July in Asheville.Good food. Smart conversations. Real business work.

Early access pricing is open now.

Limiting beliefs around money, spreadsheets, sales, and finances can actually prevent us from achieving our goals. As an employer and business coach for over 20 years, I’ve noticed that people often hold onto beliefs like “I’m not a money person” or “sales is yucky”, which push them away from success. Avoiding numbers or financial skills can limit your freedom, ability to help your community, support your employees, and achieve your definition of success. The key message: be mindful of values and beliefs that might be holding you back from what you truly want.

One of the great joys of the past three decades of my life is learning about and working with curly hair. Including the two decades I was figuring out and fumbling through my own curls. I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity to travel to Baltimore and learn about the latest curly hair techniques and education from the Innersense team. Because a big part of what I love as a salon owner is bringing back techniques and lessons to share with the Wink team.

You’re not a failure. You’re not bad at business. Every business owner goes through many cycles of being in love and falling out of love with their business. But you can’t let falling out of love last too, too long. Because the world needs good leaders , the world needs you.

Hi, I’m Christine.

I’ve been a co-owner and entrepreneur since 1996.

I co-own a salon, coach business owners, teach business, and still work behind the chair too. Most people I work with are not bad at business, they just get a little lost along the way.

What I’m really good at is helping people build businesses that make sense.

Cash flow.
Long-term thinking.
Systems people can actually use.
Finding the leaks, the blind spots, and the stuff nobody wants to deal with until it starts costing money.

I’ve been in business long enough to go through the 2008 recession, COVID, and Hurricane Helene. That tends to teach you a lot about resilience, decision-making, and what actually matters.

I help salon owners and small business owners get clearer, steadier, and better at running the business they already worked so hard to build.

I care about real businesses.
The kind that can support your life, survive hard seasons, and still leave room for creativity, growth, and profit.

Also, I know hair. So that helps.

She thought she couldn’t pay herself. She was wrong.
The issue wasn’t income, it was how the money was being handled.
This is the kind of cash flow problem I solve every day.If you’re stuck here, it’s fixable.

You build it. You run it. And then you see the next thing. It’s always something.
