Looking for a new activity for your child? Our PTO sponsor Kaizen MMA Ashburn offers Kids Kickboxing & Wrestling classes for ages 5–12, with all experience levels welcome!

Classes are designed to help kids stay active while building confidence, focus, discipline, friendships, and self-defense skills — and having some fun along the way.

🥊 Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM
🤼 Saturdays at 10:00 AM
⭐ Ages 5–12
🙌 No experience needed

🥋 Sponsor Spotlight: Kaizen MMA After-School Program

Looking for an after-school option that goes beyond the usual routine? PTO sponsor Kaizen MMA Ashburn is now enrolling students in grades K–5 for its after-school program!

Their program includes school-bus pickup with a CDL-licensed driver, homework help, a daily martial arts class, a healthy snack, and supervised care until 6 PM — all in one program.

📚 Homework done and checked
🥋 Martial arts every day
🚌 School-bus transportation
🍎 Healthy snack
💻 Computer lab available for homework
⏰ Care until 6 PM
