This UTV sprayer came in looking like it had lived a full life.
Over 10 years old. Moved between multiple vehicles. Loaned out to friends — and let's just say not everyone takes care of borrowed equipment the way you would. At some point it got rewired by someone who meant well, and that rewire melted wires, blew fuses, and left the electrical system in rough shape. The plumbing had seen better days. One of the two 12V pumps was done.
Most people would've looked at this unit and started shopping for a replacement.
We looked at it and got to work.
Full teardown. Professional rewire — every connection done right, fuses sized correctly, nothing hacked together. Almost entirely new plumbing. One new 12V pump. Thorough inspection top to bottom so nothing got left to question.
This sprayer is ready for another decade of service.
Rebuild. Repair. Reuse. You don't always have to throw it away and buy new — and when the bones are good, it's almost always worth fixing. (That said, we do love selling new sprayers. Your call.)
If you've got a unit sitting in your shop that needs some attention — or one that somebody else had their hands on — bring it in. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the repair.

Most spray rigs are “off the shelf” catalog units. You pick a tank size, pick a pump, and figure out how to make it work for your operation.
That's not how we work.
When a customer comes to us for a custom build, we start with their operation — how many stops per day, what chemistry they're running, whether the rig needs to come off the truck or stay mounted, what pump pressure their applications actually require. The rig gets built around the job, not the other way around.
That means if you need a removable skid that transfers between trucks, we build that. If you need a dedicated tree care rig with a high-pressure setup and large-diameter hose for reaching higher canopies, we build that. If you need something that handles both turf and tree work out of the same unit, we figure that out.
We've been building custom spray equipment in Colorado since 1975. If you're running into the limits of off-the-shelf equipment — or you're building out a new operation and want to get it right the first time — give us a call.

You know how this goes — equipment sat all winter, looks fine, and breaks down the first busy week of May.
Pump diaphragms. Hose fittings. Spray guns that sat full of residue since October. These things look fine until they're not. And when they go, it's never on a slow day.
Spring inspection season is open. If your rig hasn't been looked at since you winterized it, now is the time — before your schedule fills and a breakdown costs you a day's work.
We check it all: pump diaphragms and seals, hose condition and UV damage, fittings, spray guns, suction lines, and small engine service. Everything that keeps you running when it counts.
