Hello, my name is Kat (from birth name Kathleen). I've walked many a path in my short life. I was a natural born caregiver. I was (and am) just like anyone else.
My focus is to mentor caregivers to strive for a sense of self-love, compassion, and relaxation in order to re-charge and continue their purpose of serving others.
