We are officially LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY from our biggest event of the year, and we need YOU to make it happen.

The Amazing Shake is a high-energy, competitive, obstacle-course-style event where our students put their soft skills, professionalism, communication, confidence, and quick thinking to the test.

And they need adults in their corner to make the experience unforgettable.

Whether you can help for the full event or just a portion of the day, we need you. Your time, energy, and presence will directly impact our students as they step outside their comfort zones and show us what they’re capable of.

GLOBAL EDUCATION🇵🇪🌎 Today, our students had the incredible opportunity to welcome Professor Dennis from PERU for an unforgettable cultural experience that took learning far beyond the classroom.

Our students explored culture, geography, education, history, food, dance, and music while gaining a deeper understanding of a world that extends far beyond New Kensington.

From learning about traditional Peruvian foods to experiencing Peruvian dances and music, our students weren’t just reading about another culture. They were experiencing it.

At TFDA, we believe education should open doors, expand perspectives, and show students just how BIG their world can be. 🌎

This is the TFDA difference. We build confidence, we spark curiosity, we make impact.

FINE DINING ETIQUETTE🍽️☕️

Teach From DeHart Academy students participate in Fine Dining, a lesson designed to teach the professional and social skills that many adults don’t learn until much later in life. From proper napkin etiquette and table manners to engaging in respectful conversation, introducing themselves confidently, making eye contact, using utensils correctly, and even gentlemen pulling out chairs for ladies, our students are learning the skills that prepare them for success in any environment.🤍🥗

These lessons aren’t just about dining. They’re about confidence, professionalism, respect, and learning how to navigate real-world situations with poise.🏆

At Teach From DeHart Academy, we believe students deserve opportunities that prepare them for life, not just academics.

Last year, we took our 5th-grade students to put these skills into practice during an unforgettable dining experience at Oakmont Country Club. Experiences like these help transform lessons into lifelong habits.⛳️

Create opportunities. Develop goals. Change lives.💙
