Join us Saturday May 23rd for our Memorial Day Murph Challenge from 8–10am at D1 Armonk 🇺🇸
Four workout options — from Murph Rx to a half-volume Mini Murph. Kids 7+ are welcome alongside a parent. Bring a friend. Bring your family. Bring a flag.
Minimum $10 cash entry. All proceeds will be donated to the Folds of Honor Foundation.
No weighted vests provided, and if it’s your first time tackling Murph, we recommend going without one and focusing on completing the workout safely and confidently.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms! Today we celebrate the mothers who show up every day, put in the hard work on the turf, and still go home to care for their families with love and dedication. We appreciate everything you do enjoy your special day!

D1 Armonk is proud to support the Parkinson's Foundation for Moving Day on May 16 at 10:00 AM at SUNY Westchester Community College. The foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of those living with Parkinson’s disease through research, education, and support services.
