🎉 Congratulations to our newest Arlington ISD principals!

Tonight, we proudly celebrated Lee Jones, Carin Tufts, and Andrea Trowbridge as they step into their new leadership roles.

Lee Jones brings nearly two decades of experience and a proven record of student success to Sam Houston High School. From teacher and coach to assistant principal and principal, his journey in Arlington ISD reflects deep commitment to our students and community.

Carin Tufts will lead Bailey Junior High School - Arlington ISD, drawing on her extensive leadership across the district, including principal roles at Burgin and Amos Elementary. Her student‑first mindset and positive energy will help guide Bailey into its next chapter of excellence.

Andrea Trowbridge joins Farrell Elementary as principal, bringing a strong background in instructional leadership and student‑centered practices. Her experience as an assistant principal, instructional coach, and teacher has prepared her to continue strengthening Farrell’s culture and student success.

We’re excited for the future under their leadership and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make!
