🎉 Pathways turns ONE today! 🎉
One year ago, Pathways began with a vision … and one rented room.
Today, we’re celebrating a year of growth, community, and impact:
🩵From one room to a full clinic space
🩵 Welcoming the incredible Terah to the team
🩵 Supporting 41 clients, families, and community partners
🩵 Expanding services across behavioral, educational, and community-based support
This past year has been filled with learning, problem-solving, advocacy, and so many meaningful connections with families navigating complex systems. It has been an honor to walk alongside you. Pathways was built on the belief that individuals deserve compassionate, individualized, and collaborative support. We’ve seen firsthand how powerful that can be!
To every family, client, school team, and community partner, thank you for trusting us. Your support has made this first year possible! And to those who have encouraged, referred, collaborated, or simply cheered us on behind the scenes, we see you, and we’re so grateful.
Year one was just the beginning. We’re excited to continue growing, expanding services, and creating even more access to meaningful support in our community. 🩵🎂

⚾🏀 Inclusive Sports Opportunities in Our Community!
We love sharing resources that create more inclusive spaces for neurodivergent and disabled youth and adults. The Tulalip Orcas Special Olympics program has several opportunities coming up, including individual skills softball and 3-on-3 basketball practice.
These programs are designed for athletes who may need adapted environments, extra support, or skill-building opportunities to participate in sports. Movement, teamwork, and community can be incredibly powerful for confidence, regulation, and social connection.
They are also looking for volunteer coaches and helpers. If you enjoy working with individuals with disabilities, this can be a meaningful way to give back and support inclusive recreation in our area.
📍 Tulalip / Marysville area
👥 Athletes ages 8+ and adults
🤝 Coaches and volunteers needed
If this might be a good fit for your child, client, or someone you support, check out the information in the flyers or reach out to the program contact listed. 🩵

🌿 Introducing the Pathways Play Therapy Room 🌿
We are so excited to officially launch our new Play Therapy Room at Pathways Behavioral & Educational Services! 🧸
This space is a therapeutic environment where children can communicate, regulate, and grow through play in ways that feel natural and safe for them. We believe play is a child’s language, and this room creates opportunities for emotional expression, connection, and skill-building in a developmentally supportive way.
At Pathways, we take a neurodivergent-affirming approach. That means honoring each child’s unique way of learning, processing, and engaging with the world, including their special interests. Special interests are welcomed here and used therapeutically to build trust, motivation, confidence, and meaningful therapeutic progress. 🧩
Our play therapy space supports:
🩵 Emotional expression and nervous system regulation
🩵 Social connection and communication skills
🩵 Sensory exploration and safe movement
🩵 Imaginative and symbolic play
🩵 Strengths-based growth that celebrates individuality
Every item in this room was chosen with intention to create a space where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves.
We can’t wait to welcome families into this new space and continue helping children thrive!
