Updated flyer for our Christmas Celebration in honor of Mr. Eugene Folsom as we remember his efforts to ensure our DFW Native children had a gift.
A member of the Choctaw Nation and Veteran, he began this event to honor our culture and support our community.
We would like to show our gratitude with the permission of the Folsom Family to carry on his legacy with the same mini powwow, potluck, and toy giveaway he started years ago.

We hope to see lots of support for this TCU event. TCU has really set the standard for how relationships can be built between academia and community. We are thankful for how MMIW Texas Rematriate has been able to teach on so many levels on campus. We have yet another opportunity coming up soon. Our Chair Jodi Voice Yellowfish and MMIWTXR Member Ruth Thunderhawk will be on a panel on campus as a part of TCU's 7th Annual Native American and Indigenous Peoples Day Symposium. We are excited and thankful to see this happening and to participate.
