SOCARTES' Founder and President S. L. "Sly" Young delivered the keynote address to Arlington County Detention Facility inmates who earned their General Educational Development (GED) certificates. Mr. Young shared his messages about the importance of belief and hope to inspire them (and others) to achieve their dreams/goals, too.
