Please comment below if you/your company/someone you know could:
1. **Help donate the food for the event**
2. Help donate the dessert (cookies) for the event.
3. **Could provide any prizes for the raffle drawing. **
4. Provide blank sugar cookies that could be decorated at one of the stations.
5. Would be interested in sponsoring a station. (Cookie decorating, ornament making, etc)
6. Could sponsor a flat donation. (Straight to the PTA, and we would get all of that info to you.) *Remember it’s! tax write off season🥳🥳
7. Would be interested in contributing towards the goodie bags.
8. Could purchase items off of the CAPA fundraiser Amazon wishlist.

Hello everyone! It’s Kristen (Jones) Eason and Mary Pleasant, and we have a HUGE favor to ask of you! Since most of you are the original gang from good ‘ole Charlotte Anderson, we wanted to reach out to you first.
We all know that Charlotte Anderson brought some of THE best times, and it holds a special place in our hearts.
Mary currently teaches second grade AT Charlotte Anderson, and Kristen is completing her Field Experience hours for her masters program there this year.
Charlotte Anderson is now considered a Title 1 school in Mansfield ISD. Some of the BEST teachers, staff, administrators, and families work/go there, but their PTA has an extremely difficult time raising any funds at all to support the Charlotte Anderson campus.
Mary has made it her mission to help PTA raise funds this year, and Kristen is there to 💯 support it as well!
With all of this being said, we are asking for the following:
Before the end of December, there are going to be a couple of fundraising opportunities that we would LOVE your support in.
CAPA lights is one of them, and it is only a month or so away!
Are any of you a part of a business or own a business that could help sponsor the event?
Could the company you work for or someone you know works for be able to donate prizes for a raffle drawing?
Could you personally/your company/someone you know be willing to purchase items off of an Amazon list that would cover some of the event cost?
***Or, would your company be willing to donate food for the event?
Any individual/company that would help sponsor anything towards this event would be recognized. All business cards/brochures would be available for families to take home, and if you sponsor a station…. Your company name and info would be framed at the station along with advertising products (cards, etc)
Each family would be provided with a goodie bag to take home and those items are included on the Amazon list as well.
*if your company has anything that could be provided in the goodie bags that would be awesome as well!
