Omega Delta Phi Inc. is a Service / Social Fraternity serving the local community.
Since founding in 1987, Omega Delta Phi has been an organization perpetually dedicated to the idea of constant growth and improvement. We must work to form an organization which not only challenges the traditional perception of fraternities, but also deals with the issues of culture and race in a completely new perspective. Thinking out of the box is no longer an acceptable plateau; the box must now be removed completely.

On this day, 25 years ago, a group of men came together at UTA. These men would create a brotherhood that would provide lifetime guidance and support for others from various backgrounds for years to come. In our 25 years, our brothers would become teachers, engineers, managers, business owners, nurses, police officers, college news reporters, higher education professionals, bankers, real estate agents, generals, loving fathers, husbands, and community leaders. We can't wait to see what other leaders emerge in the next 25 years.

It is with great sadness that we are mourning the loss of our own Desmond Hackett. Words can't describe the impact he had on so many lives. If you never had a chance to meet Dez, he loved to dance, take pictures and was the life of the party. We will never stop loving you, Des, especially because you were a kind soul.
