Today we celebrated three incredible educators whose dedication, compassion, and hard work have made a lasting impact on our students, staff, and community. Congratulations to our retirees — Karin Castañeda, Karen Patterson, and Anna Shaffer!

This weekend has been filled with many accomplishments for Webb!

From our students using their voices to help create real change in our community, to one of our students being recognized for going above and beyond in the Bond and Beyond Reading Challenge, to our campus earning the distinction of being named a Fathers and Families Friendly Demonstration Campus for the 2025–2026 school year, and to our Arlington Life Shelter project raising money to support those in need — we could not be more proud of our Webb family.

Thank you to our students, families, and staff for continuing to lead with kindness, service, leadership, and heart. Webb continues to shine because of all of you! 💚🤍

🚸✨ What started as a simple bridge project for our students — who proudly presented at the Mayor’s Office — turned into something AMAZING: a protected crosswalk for students at Webb! 👏 💚

We are beyond proud of our students for using their voices to create real change in our community. Their hard work, courage, and advocacy made a lasting impact, and we are so thankful their voices were heard! 🦺🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Ms. Kathryn Kaju, their former GT teacher, inspired the students to use their voice and advocate for safety measures. This accomplishment could not have happened without her support and guidance!

Way to go, Webb students — you are proof that young leaders can make BIG things happen!

Students' school project leads to a safer crosswalk outside Webb Elementary, with city leaders taking action on a busy street “It makes me feel happy and proud that we were able to accomplish such a big achievement,” Jesus Garza said.

🎓 💚 It feels like just yesterday our former Wallabies were walking the halls of Webb during their elementary years! Today, they returned to their school — a little taller, a little wiser, and ready for their next chapter — to be celebrated by the entire Webb Family!
We are so proud of all of our graduating seniors and all they have accomplished. Congratulations on this incredible milestone! Once a Wallaby, always a Wallaby! 🦘✨

Yesterday, we honored Webb's top volunteers, Mrs. Solorio, Mr. Inman, and Mrs. Frank, who have become integral members of our community, during a special luncheon. Their tireless efforts have significantly contributed to the success of our campus, and we are deeply grateful for their support! Thank you! 💚🤍

Our staff members were treated to delicious taco plates thanks to their generosity!

Webb Elementary Administrators want to deeply thank everyone — our amazing parents, organizations, foundations, Wallaby PTA, and Webb Sunshine Committee — who helped celebrate our wonderful staff this week!
A single week is not enough to thank our staff for everything they do for our students each and every day. Your kindness, generosity, and support made this week extra special, and it truly takes an entire community to make Webb such an incredible place.

Day 4 of Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week consisted of chilaquiles con Jarritos o Coca, compliments of Webb’s fabulous PTA! The Webb Family had a wonderful brunch today!
