We’re excited to announce our Summer Pride workout schedule for incoming 7th–12th grade athletes!

Workout Times:
⏰ 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
⏰ 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Athletes should bring:
✔️ Flat workout shoes
✔️ Cleats
✔️ Great energy and effort

Our athletes will train in the weight room and work on speed and sprint technique as we prepare for a championship summer!
