This year's cohort brings together 12 students from Irondale, Mounds View, and St. Anthony Village high schools. They will spend the year learning about local government, connecting with community members, and strategizing to ensure our City's services and programming are inclusive and accessible. Congratulations to our graduating students who earned the Minnesota Bilingual Seal!

This year, 63 students were recognized for demonstrating proficiency in a language in addition to English:
⭐ Mounds View High School: 41 students
⭐ Irondale High School: 22 students

The Minnesota Bilingual Seal is an official state recognition awarded to graduating seniors who have demonstrated proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English. This achievement celebrates multilingualism, cultural awareness, and the valuable skills these students will carry into college, careers, and their communities.

Congratulations to all of our recipients on this outstanding accomplishment!

Congratulations to Mounds View alum Noah Lamusga on an incredible performance at the Special Olympics USA Games! Noah brought home THREE medals. Silver in the 400m, bronze in the 100m, and an 8th place finish in the 200m.

What an amazing accomplishment on the national stage. Congratulations, Noah, Mustang Nation is proud! 🐎💚

Congratulations to Noah Lamusga from our Shoreview location, who competed in the Special Olympics USA Games at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and brought home three medals! Noah won a silver medal in the 400-meter run, a bronze medal in the 100-meter run and placed eighth in the 200-meter run. Congratulations on your incredible accomplishments, Noah! We are so proud of you!
