Looking for 2 helpers for the concession stand tomorrow night. Approximately 5pm to 8pm at the Dome.

How can you support the Archie Whirlwinds?
1- Wear red tomorrow to support our football team as they play for District Championship! The game is at 7 p.m. . It will be cold, but our spirit will keep us warm!
2- Send canned goods to school tomorrow with any elementary student for the last day of the David’s Cupboard Food Drive. The third graders have collected over 800 items for this service project. Let’s help them reach 1000!

CLOSET CLEAN OUT!!!!

We are cleaning out the PTO closet and we have lots of trash bags to sell! We are not going to be doing a fall fundraiser for them. We are just going to clean out the closet!
You can pick some up at the PTO meet and greet, September 8th between 530pm and 7pm or get a hold of Jennifer Dishong at 816/853-9781 if you need to schedule a different pick up time! Trash bags will be $10 for this sale only. The regular price is now $12. Get them while they last!!!

Are you a Chiefs, Royals and Whirlwinds fan?
The PTO is considering working a Chiefs or Royals game(s) for a fundraiser. We would like at least 7 to 10 people to commit on helping next year.
Archie Booster Club is hosting a 3 hour training at the school on May 11th from 6pm to 9pm. Let us know if you would be interested in helping out and can attend this training. If you can not attend training, but you are still interested, please let us know that as well.

Tomorrow is the first day!!! Be sure to send in money or go https://bookfairs.scholastic.com & set up an ewallet for your kiddo(s)!!! Family night at the book fair is Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm! This will also be the time for you to pick up trash bag sales!!!

TONIGHT, DON'T MISS THE PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT MEETING. Due to construction, park in front parking lot and enter through south gym door.
Don’t miss the 2022-2023 Preschool Enrollment Meeting on Wednesday, April 6th in the West Gym from 6:30-7:30 pm.
If you have a 3 or 4 year old child whom you would like to enroll in the Archie Early Childhood Center, this meeting is for you. If you cannot attend, please be sure to contact the school at (816)293-5312, x. 101 to make other arrangements to pick up your packet after this date. There is no need for your child to attend.
During this meeting you will be able to pick up and complete your enrollment packet. Information about the Archie Preschool program and curriculum will also be provided. Enrollment is limited, you don’t want to miss this early enrollment opportunity!
Completed enrollment packets must include a $50 deposit, completed enrollment form, physical exam, immunization records and copies of your child’s birth certificate and social security card. A space for your child will be secured once the packet is completed. The physical exam forms can be picked up ahead of time from the elementary office or preschool so a doctor’s appointment can be completed prior to the meeting. Completed packets will be accepted that night or any time after this meeting.

Students within the Archie R-V School District will be enrolled prior to any out of district students.
