Her name may be Laura instead of Eve π but you better believe everyone wanted to know what she's been doin! πββοΈ
Counting Macros is a great tool for some people. But Laura had no interest in numbers controlling her day to day life.
For whatever reason... I'm finding most coaches only offer macro programs.
Maybe that's what they feel most comfortable with.
Maybe they don't know another way to coach nutrition.
But I'm here to tell you it's not the only way, and you can have a lot of success without counting and weighing everything.
This is why I offer 3 different programs.
1 involves counting macros, 2 do not.
I would rather you pick the program that fits your lifestyle, needs, preferences, daily schedule, stressors, etc. vs being told you have to use one specific format.
I even have 3 different levels WITHIN my macro program because not everyone has experience with that, and it can be intimidated to start.
So ya, if you are like Laura and would like to improve your nutrition, body composition, and overall health.... without having to perform food tetris sudoku all day, we have some options for you π
π© No question is too small or too silly. Message me right now, and I can answer it for you!
What do/would you prefer?

Stop hoping the wet Band-Aids of nutrition are the solution to your bigger, more sophistacated problem.
If it's been created (or re-named) in your lifetime... it's a fad.
Real nutrition doesn't have a name. Fads need to name their diet because it has a hook, a gimmick.... aka the not realistic part.
Then theres...
"I'll just do this for a little while until I hit my goal weight."
*hits goal weight*
Goes back to old habits.
Gains weight back. Plus some.
my shocked faceπ π²
Starts another fad.
And we wonder why our relationship with food is horrible and our hormones are so wacked that we don't even recognize ourselves. π₯΄
What is the funniest or weirdest fad diet you've done? π
I know....
Anyone can claim to be different than all this crap. I'd love to prove it to ya. Let's talk it out!

"We all have abs... they were just covered from hormone imbalance, binge eating, alcohol, and fake sugar that made me crave more, and probably carbonation overload."
And... she doesn't do crazy ab exercises.
So the next iNfLoOenCeR who wants to sell you their magic waist trianer or 6 minute ab buster bullπ© claiming that's what "gets you abs"...
Ask them what their diet is like... π because

Ever notice what pops into your head when someone says "snack"?
Chips. Cookies. Candy. Crackers. (Hows that for some snack alliteration)
Probably not Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs, beef jerky, or apple slices with natural peanut butter.
That's not an accident. (more like a snackccident... see what I did there....)
For decades, marketing, advertising, and convenience have trained us to associate the word "snack" with highly processed foods. Somewhere along the way we stopped thinking of real food as a snack and started thinking of it as it's own category.
But a snack is just a smaller amount of food you eat between meals.
π« It doesn't need a colorful package
π« Or a crazy mascot yelling how good it is
π« It doesn't need health claims on the front to distract you from the crap listed on the back
This is something I work on with my members regularly. Shifting their mindset around things they may not realize were shaped in a way they didn't initially agree to.
If you're hungry between meals, grab food that actually fuels your body instead of something designed to keep you addicted and mindlessly eating more (cuz.... that's what they want..)
π³ Do you think of junk food when you hear "snacks"? π
