We will have meeting tonight in Sabin House at 7:30 PM!!! We will also have our dear friends from FOOD RECOVERY NETWORK come to our discussion tonight!
Moreover ... we will talk the talk AND also walk the walk as we walk together to the Commons to do actual food recovery work!!!

May is Asian Pacific Heritage Month!!

Howdy folks,

LADA is having a meeting as usual tonight in Mem 114 from 7 pm to 8 pm!

The discussion topic tonight will be about the Syria crisis; the history of the crisis, how it affects us and what we can do to better the situation as students. We will talk more about the fundraising events for Syria next week as well as LADA future events during Asian Heritage Month :>

Today! First meeting of the term! 7pm! Memorial hall 114! We will do some fun activities, talk about the experience of being [insert words which describe you] in Lawrence, and then develop this term’s discussion ideas! Tea as usual! Those who identify as Asian and those who don’t identify as Asian, both welcome!

During Spring Break of 2018, PAO (Lawrence's Pan Asian Organization) and LADA attended the 2018 Mid-Western Asian American Student Union (MAASU). At MAASU, each of us attended workshops and seminars regarding issues that concern Asian American identities, specifically issues on college campuses. We were informed of several resources available to us and learned of several topics that need to be promoted in conversation on campus. In the following weeks, we will be holding a symposium to share the knowledge we have attained. Until then, best wishes for LADA to everyone for Spring Term!
