We believe in evidence-based practices! Our home is equipped to suit the respite, childcare, and daily living skills training needs of our students. Positive Behavior Support (PBS) is the approach we stand by to provide individualized interventions to children and teenagers with challenging behavior. We refer to the program-wide implementation of PBS (PW-PBS) or program-wide adoption of the Pyramid Model. Positive Behavior Support offers a holistic approach, that considers all factors that have an impact on a child and the child’s behavior. It can be used to address problem behaviors that range from aggression, tantrums, and property destruction to social withdrawal. We serve children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays in the Fox Cities who are ages 18 months and up. Your child can still benefit from these services even if they are not considered to have developmental delays. We offer a variety of toys, activities, books, games, art, and excursions! Here are some of the most common:

A well-trained dog resides at Kindred Moon Home Care and may have interaction with children on a moderate level. Scooby is a welcoming, medium-sized Belgian Malinois. He grew up in a home with multiple children and experiences handling children from newborn on up. Scooby enjoys time outside on his lead, or on his favorite chair looking out the window. He loves to give kisses and cuddles but will stop on command if necessary or desired. There is no recorded behavior of aggression. If you have any questions or concerns
