I made some cherry pie cookies as a small thank you for the amazing teachers I have gotten to work with recently, as well as for my kids’ teachers.

In honor of Thanksgiving, I brought some cherry pie & pumpkin pie cookies — topped with a little Baucom school spirit — to the kids’ school where I’ve been subbing! 🍒🥧🎃

I’ve truly been enjoying my time as a sub and have gotten to know some amazing new friends along the way. I am SO thankful for these days in the classroom — I’ve already learned so much, and I can’t wait to be a full teacher next year! 🧡📚

In honor of the first day of school I thought I would post my back to school cookies for this year! I made these for the kids’ teachers for meet the teacher day! I love how they turned out! And how fun are these boxes?!? Ihope everyone has an amazing school year!

🍒 My last cookie day at UME was a sweet one! Just because it was my last day doesn’t mean I’d forget summer cookies! ☀️ I brought cherry & vanilla mini cookies for some sunny fun, and special cherry “Thanks for helping me grow” sets for the amazing people who truly helped me grow this year. 🌸🍪

UME will always have a special piece of my heart (and probably a few cookie crumbs too)! 💛

Hey everyone, I have some bittersweet news to share. My family and I are moving to North Carolina, so I will be closing my cookie business here and no longer taking new orders.

If you already have an order placed, don’t worry—I will still fulfill all current orders before I leave!

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has supported my little cookie business. Being part of your birthdays, celebrations, and special moments has meant the world to me! 💖

While I won’t be baking locally anymore, I will still be posting online like always. Once I get settled, I’ll look into the cottage food laws in North Carolina to see if I can offer shipping. Stay tuned!
