DOES EXERCISE SPEED FAT LOSS?🔥
➡️Quick answer: YES✅ and NO❌
Exercise helps increase energy expenditure, which in turn leads to higher calorie expenditure and fat loss BUT only if:
A calorie deficit is achieved❗
That means you're eating fewer calories than your body burns on a daily basis.
🍔Nutrition is the key
So if you really want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit with your diet. A poor diet cannot be "out run", but a sedentary lifestyle can theoretically be "out eaten". Nevertheless, an active lifestyle makes losing weight a lot easier!

No to be honest, this is the first year in a long time, where I don't completely know where I want to go and what my exact goals are. But maybe that's what will make the difference. Anyways, the more days in 2022 I am, the clearer my vision gets. Will be a dope year regardless🔥

2021 had a lot of cool moments. Achieved new calisthenics skills, met a lot of cool new people and just had great times. But 2021 also had a few pretty sad moments to be honest, but hey that's life and only nice moments would be boring with time😉. Anyways, heads up kings and queens. 2022 will be epic - I got a feeling. Who can do a planche? Hands up ✋! Laurin can do a straddle as you can see - I myself (Tobi) still stuck at tucked, but I am also not training for it to be fair.
