You can lose 20 lbs doing some pretty ridiculous stuff.

You can cut your calories way too low.
Avoid restaurants for 3 months.
Say no to every food you actually enjoy.
Work out way more than you realistically want to forever.
Follow a Meal plan.

Get yourself to a number in the scale you love to see...

And technically?

It worked.
You lost the weight.

But if your entire plan has an expiration date, what exactly are you supposed to do when you get there?

I don’t want you spending 12 weeks building habits you’re counting down the days until you can stop doing.

I want the way you’re losing fat to actually resemble the way you’re going to LIVE afterward.

Eating pizza sometimes.

Going out with your family.

Taking vacations.

Having weeks where you train 3 times instead of 6.... CONSISTENTLY.

Eating more food once you’re no longer trying to lose.

Knowing your weight might fluctuate a few pounds without immediately deciding you need to diet again.

THAT’S the part I care about.

Not just “Can we get the weight off?”

We can.

Can we get it off in a way that doesn’t leave you needing another diet six months from now?

losing the same 20 lbs for the fourth time isn’t the goal.

Never needing to lose those 20 lbs again is.

Tomorrow I close the doors to Bet On Yourself. 👀

And if you’ve been watching me talk about this for the last few weeks thinking

“I really want to do this.”

followed immediately by

“But I don’t know if I can.”
“I don’t know what I’m doing in the gym.”
“I don’t know how to track my food.”
“What if my schedule gets crazy?”
“What if I start and don’t follow through AGAIN?”

I need you to know that you do NOT need to have any of that figured out before you join.

That’s kinda the point. 😉

You don’t have to already know how to strength train.

You don’t have to already know how much protein you need or how to make your food fit.

And you definitely don’t need 8 weeks where your kids have nothing going on, nobody asks you to go out to dinner and every day goes according to plan.

You just have to be willing & ready to make a change for YOURSELF..

I want you to LEARN how to do this while you’re actually living your life.

And 8 weeks from now?

Maybe your clothes fit differently.

Maybe you’re lifting weights you couldn’t lift when you started.

Maybe you can actually see more shape when you look in the mirror.

Maybe you have more energy.

Maybe you're sleeping better.

Maybe you’ve lost inches.

But I also want you getting to the end of this thinking:

“Wait
I actually know what I’m doing now.”

And even more importantly:

“I actually followed through!".

But... you'll never find out if you don't take a chance on yourself đŸ«¶đŸ»

I’m accepting 5 more people before I close enrollment tomorrow.

We start September 1st.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, this is your last chance to Bet On Yourself. 💜

Comment BET and I’ll send you everything you need to join.

Friday you go out to dinner, have a couple drinks, eat dessert and end up around 2,200.

So you’re 600 calories over what you planned.

Not what you wanted to do
 but okay.

Then your brain goes:

“Well, I already screwed up.”

So Saturday you don’t track.
You go out for breakfast.
Pick at snacks all afternoon.

Dinner turns into drinks and appetizers and ice cream for dessert because you’re already “off track.”

Sunday?

Might as well enjoy that too because Monday you’re getting serious again.

Now instead of ONE day where you ate 600 calories more than you planned

you’ve turned it into 2–3 days of eating WAY more than you normally would.

And somehow the solution to eating more calories than you planned was

eating significantly more calories. 😂

Girl. WHAT ARE WE DOING.

If you go over your calories, you don’t need to earn them back.

You don’t need to skip breakfast tomorrow.

You don’t need an extra hour of cardio.

You don’t need to slash your calories for the next three days.

And you definitely don’t need a ceremonial “LAST SUPPER” on Sunday because your diet starts again Monday. 😂

Just go back to what you normally do.

Normal breakfast.
Normal lunch.
Normal workout.
Normal calories.

Keep freaking going.

Because one of the most important skills you can learn if you want to lose weight AND actually keep it off isn’t how to never go over your calories.

You’re going to.

It’s knowing how to have a day that didn’t go according to plan without turning it into an entire weekend that didn’t go according to plan.

And the faster you can get back to normal without punishing yourself OR saying “screw it”

the less often you’re going to feel like you need to start over in the first place.

08/30/2026

So if I’m NOT handing you a meal plan
what the heck am I actually helping you with?

Your food.

The stuff you already buy.
The dinners your family already eats.
The restaurants you already go to.
The foods you actually LIKE.

most of the time, I don’t need to completely overhaul what you’re eating.

I might look at your breakfast and say, “okay, you’re getting like 12g of protein here
how can we get that closer to 30–40g?”

Or notice you’re starving every afternoon because lunch is basically a yogurt and a coffee..

Maybe you LOVE tacos for dinner.

Cool. We’re not replacing them with chicken, rice and broccoli.

We might use a leaner meat, change how much cheese/sour cream you’re using, add some veggies, figure out how many tortillas make sense for you and now the same dinner fits your goals a whole lot better.

Going out Saturday?

I’m not telling you to order grilled chicken and steamed vegetables while everyone else gets what they actually wanted.

Let’s look at what YOU want, decide what’s worth it to you and figure out how to make the rest of your day work around it.

And over time, I want YOU to start seeing this stuff before I even point it out.

“Oh no, this meal barely has any protein.”

“I’m probably going to be hungry in an hour if this is all I eat.”

“We’re going out tonight, so I’ll plan that first.”

“I went over my calories yesterday. Whatever. Back to normal today.”

THAT’S what I want you getting good at.

I don’t want you to lose 30 lbs eating off a piece of paper I gave you

and then have absolutely no clue how to eat when the piece of paper goes away.

The goal isn’t to get really good at following MY diet.

It’s to learn how to eat in a way that works for YOUR life AND gets you where you want to go. 💜

I wonder how many things we miss out on because we decide we probably can’t do them before we ever even try.

“I could never track my food.”
“I could never do a pull-up.”
“I could never lift that much.”
“I could never lose the weight and actually keep it off.”
“I could never start a business.”
“I could never do THAT.”

I’ve said some version of all of those.

And lately I’ve caught myself saying it about something else too. 👀

Not because I physically CAN’T do it.

But because the idea of trying it, not being good at it at first, AND worrying about whether other people will understand why I even want to do it makes me uncomfortable.

Which is kinda funny when I think about it

Because almost everything I’m proud of now started with me having absolutely no proof that I could do it.

I didn’t know I could lose 115 lbs and keep it off.

I didn’t know I’d ever be able to do a pull-up.

I didn’t know if my business would work.

I had to actually get in the freaking game before I got any of that proof.

And I really think we have it backwards.

We’re WAITING to feel confident enough.
Comfortable enough.
Or for someone else to understand or approve of why we want to do something before we even try

when TRYING is how you get the evidence that makes you confident in the first place.

And every time you prove to yourself that you can do something you weren’t sure you could do, you start looking at the next scary thing a little differently too.

Maybe you try and you suck at it at first.

Maybe it takes way longer than you thought.

Maybe you change your mind.

Heck, maybe you fail at first.

But I’d rather find that out AFTER I gave myself a chance than spend the next 10 years wondering what would’ve happened if I had.

So I decided to take my own advice right now. 😂👀

There’s something I’ve been keeping myself out of the game on for a while now

and it’s about time I get in. đŸ€«

And before you start throwing perfectly good chicken nuggets in the trash

This isn’t about being so obsessive that you’re weighing the half a strawberry your kid left on their plate.

It’s about noticing a habit you probably don’t even realize you have.

I used to be VERY guilty of this.

I think as moms we get so used to finishing what’s left, grabbing bites while we’re making everyone else’s food, tasting things while we cook, eating something because “there’s not enough left to save”

that we don’t even really consider it eating.

So try something this week:

Before you eat it, ask yourself “Do I actually WANT this?”

Not:

Will this go to waste?
There’s only two bites left.
I already touched it.

Do YOU want it?

If yes — eat it. Enjoy it. Track it if you’re tracking.

If the answer is no, you don’t need to use your body as the place the leftovers go just because throwing food away feels wasteful.

if you realize you’re constantly picking at food because you’re actually hungry while making everyone ELSE something to eat

girl, make yourself a dang meal. 😂

That’s useful information too.

You don’t need to become afraid of random bites of food.

You just want your eating to be a little more intentional and a lot less automatic. 💜

I lost 115 lbs several years ago, and obviously I did NOT lose 115 lbs in 8 weeks

But those first couple months were some of the most important.

That’s when I started figuring out how to actually make this part of my life and eventually maintain my results for over 5 years.

It was when I learned

How to plan my food instead of just winging it every day.

How to strength train consistently.

How to keep going when I had a day where I ate more than I planned.

How to stop thinking I had to do everything perfectly for it to “count.”

And honestly, I started proving to myself that I could actually DO this.

That’s a big part of why I created my 8-week Bet On Yourself Challenge starting September 1st.

I’m not promising anybody some crazy 8-week transformation.

I’m giving you 8 weeks to actually PRACTICE the things that can eventually create one.

You’ll have a 4-day strength program with gym + home options, help with your nutrition, weekly group coaching calls, daily/weekly habits to work on, a private group for support AND a point competition with cash prizes to make it a little more fun. đŸ’ȘđŸ»
