Do you know Mr. Inglis? His name is displayed on the wall at SHS. You can see it on the side of the school from the football field. This was no mistake. He is a wise man and an excellent leader. He once told us, if you sounded great during sectionals you were practicing the wrong thing. I graduated in 2012, but this stuck with me. Let the quote soak in for a moment. It applies in all aspects of life. A growth mindset is essential 👀👇
With that being said, real athletes don’t look for excuses when things get tough—they adapt and push through the messy parts. We are building more than just skills at camp this week; we are building mental toughness. 🧠💪
I am so proud of our Lady Wildcats. Today was hard. Learning something new is never easy, but they overcame and finished strong!
