A dedicated educator and one of the visionary women who helped establish our chapter on May 30, 1965, Soror Trammell devoted 39 years to the field of education. Through her work at Cobb High School and Anniston High School, where she taught Algebra II and Trigonometry, she inspired generations of students to strive for excellence both inside and outside the classroom. Her commitment to academic achievement and student success earned her recognition as Teacher of the Year by the Anniston City School System.
Soror Trammell’s influence extended far beyond the classroom. She helped shape the future of countless young people and left an indelible mark on the Anniston community through her wisdom, leadership, and unwavering dedication to education.
