BIG NEWS!
I am so excited to have completed the in person, and online portions of the NLP International Trainers Training! And I received top candidate status!

After 165hrs + of training and a whole heck of a lot of blood, sweat and being pushed to what *I thought* where my limits, this means I am now an institute in both Hypnosis and Neural Linguistic Programming!

I am slated to enter the boards on by the end of October (If not sooner) and will be announcing life-changing courses and accompanying dates that are being added to the Wildly Whole Woman Institute soon!

Everyone needs to come up for air!
After an intense week of stacking skills, tools and techniques, yesterday was a day to res and relax.

Alex and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary by taking a fun little day trip to Fredericksburg, VA along the Rappahannock River.

It was a great little escape framed by gratitude for such a strong, enduring love, the family we have grown and the life we have built. It’s not all butterflies and roses - of course, it takes a healthy combo of healthy communication, patience and humor!

The town blends the historic with the arts nicely. And the Canadian smoke wasn’t too bad… it was just stinking’ hot! Lots of fun stores to dip into for a breathe a refreshing g A/C!
