I love to support people! It fills me up and creates a sense of human-family connection. This is one of the reasons why I started my coaching practice. Coaching is one of the most effective ways I know to give (and receive) support.

Everyone has an emotional body. For some people, it is their baseline reality to carry their emotions bottled up inside. I liken this to a stagnant pond. Where there is no water flow, there is more algae and bacteria buildup, and less oxygen. The goal here that I weave into coaching is to create the experience of flowing emotions, like a flowing river. This allows for stagnation to clear. I aim to create a safe and supportive container for my clients to be held, and to begin (or continue) to flow their emotions by speaking into their experience and feelings. There is a freedom of self expression and self acceptance that is created when one can open up to their emotions; when one can communicate what their emotional body is telling them.

I am creating ease and grace today. Ahhhhh; breathe easy as I do all my intentions today. I learned yesterday I do not need to create tension when I put a lot of my schedule. I am putting that into practice today!
