New research published by Capita shows once again that the gambling lobbyists’ claim of a tax-revenue boom for education and public services does not hold.

That money comes at the direct expense of gamblers’ financial stability—paid for in bankruptcies, depleted savings, and household distress that offset the revenue itself.

The facts are clear-cut: the institution of predatory gambling has been a systemic failure by every metric.

Need a Vote yard sign?

We are 60 days from the Nov 3 election, which means IN law protects political yard signs from local restrictions on their number or size. Local governments can still enforce restrictions when necessary for public safety.

🚨HOAs also cannot prohibit political signs during the 30 days before an election.🚨

A few friendly reminders:
• Please put signs on private property with permission.
• Keep signs out of public rights-of-way.
• Please don’t place signs on utility poles, traffic signs, or other public property.
