Dear Parents and Families,
My name is Allyson Payne, and I am honored to introduce myself as the new director of LifeKids MDO. I am married to my wonderful husband, Cody, we have 2 beautiful children, Cooper (13) and Emma (9). I have been a teacher with LifeKids in the 3 year old class for 2 years. I am excited for this new role and I look forward to getting to know each of you and your children.
I have a passion for working with children and believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and encouraging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. My goal is to build strong relationships with our families, support our dedicated staff, and create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
I know transitions can bring questions, but I want you to know that I am committed to open communication, teamwork, and making this school the very best it can be. I know I have big shoes to fill as Kristen was the best at her job. I look forward to partnering with you as we begin this new chapter together.
Thank you for welcoming me and being patient with me and these changes. I can’t wait to meet each of you and make wonderful memories with your children this year!
With that being said, we are making some changes to our space in the church and all of the necessary things to start a new year, such as cleaning, sanitizing, organizing and new teachers getting their rooms ready. We will be starting September 1, 2026. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your family.
