Some parents asked the price of the kits we use in our camps. I know some of the kids were talking about Christmas presents…😂 I am going to link both the Go kits (used with the younger kids) and the IQ kits (used for the middle aged group). The Go kits are roughly $ 215 each and the IQ kits are roughly $500 with a bunch of options to upgrade. Good luck, kids on those wish lists!

End-of-week photo dump! What an incredible week at VEX Robotics Summer Camp! We had so much fun building, coding, learning, and exploring together. Thank you to all of our amazing campers and families for making this week one to remember. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

Our youngest campers got a front-row seat to today’s robot parade! Avery and Emaline took home the prize for having the favorite robot, according to our tiniest engineers. Great job, everyone!

And we’re off! We kicked off the morning with a story about astronauts before our youngest campers jumped into building their very own invading aliens. Meanwhile, our older students are hard at work fine-tuning their robots as they prepare to see who can pop the most balloons. We can’t wait to see what they create today!

Today was all about teamwork and creativity! Our older kiddos worked together to build the robots of their dreams before taking on our balloon-popping challenge. The winning team managed to pop three balloons while second place popped one!

Meanwhile, our younger campers began building their very own robots and put their engineering skills to the test by constructing the tallest towers they could. We are so proud of all the creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork we saw today. We can’t wait to see what they build tomorrow!

The winners of today’s Tallest Tower Challenge are 🥁🥁🥁 Leo and Case!

It was a tie! Both of their towers stayed standing unassisted for the exact same amount of time. Incredible engineering on both parts! Great job, Leo and Case!

Camp Day Update! Our younger campers are putting their engineering skills to the test by building the tallest tower they can, while our older students are learning to code and drive their robots! Watching them problem-solve, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life has been so much fun. Our future engineers are absolutely crushing it!
