Procrastination is not just a teen issueโ€”adults do it too. We all avoid things when we feel frustrated, unsure, or pressured.

Sometimes your student is not being lazy. They may not know where to start, feel stuck, or be carrying more pressure than they can explain.

College prep, scholarships, and deadlines can create unnecessary friction between parents and teens.
