New year, new starting wage. 💰 This year, the starting wage for all full-time, permanent Dr. Bronner's employees is $27.28 — 70.5% higher than California's 2024 minimum wage.

How can we afford to do this? Because we have a 5-to-1 cap on executive salaries, meaning Dr. Bronner's executives can't make more than 5x that of the lowest-wage, fully-vested employees — a practice that was instituted 20 years ago.
