Nicole has recently celebrated one year with ELFE! Nicole is one of our unforgettable toddler teachers at our South location. Nicole brings a sweet and compassionate personality to the table. We appreciate her ability to connect with the younger students, providing them a safe and fun space to explore and learn. Nicole is also someone her team members love working alongside, easy to talk with, and consistently kind. Thank you Nicole for bringing a silly and light energy to ELFE!

Our South location was so lucky to be visited by the cutest little chicks from one of our student’s parents’ elementary classrooms! These fluffy friends were only four days old when they came to say hello. The kids were absolutely delighted, with wide eyes, gentle hands, and so much curiosity. Experiences like this help our little learners build empathy, practice gentle touch, and explore the world around them in such a meaningful way!

Kayla has been part of our Midtown team for two years now! Kayla is the lead of our Coastal classroom, each day the class is introduced to fun and exciting concepts, exploring topics such as traveling around the world, stepping into fairy tales, or creepy crawly bugs! We truly appreciate Kayla’s dependability. She is someone we can always count on to show up each day with a positive attitude and a genuine excitement to make the day meaningful for her class. Her consistency brings stability, joy, and trust to both children and teammates. Thank you, Kayla, for the energy, creativity, and heart you bring to ELFE. We are so grateful for the magic you bring to the Coastal classroom and the impact you make each day.

Masina has recently celebrated one year with ELFE. Masina is one of our kind‑spirited and gentle toddler teachers. She provides a classroom environment for the children that feels supported, safe, and truly cared for. We appreciate Masina’s positive and dependable attitude, knowing each day she comes with her best foot forward and a big smile on her face, ready to give students her very best self. We appreciate you, Masina, thank you for the heart, warmth, and steady presence you bring to ELFE!

Over the weekend, staff from all three locations came together to follow along with our very own Ana from Midtown as she guided us through a beautiful Summer Meadow painting! We painted, we laughed, we channeled our inner Bob Ross, and we bonded over plenty of “happy little accidents.” It was the perfect mix of creativity, connection, and fun!

Raquel has been part of our Midtown team for one year now as one of our outstanding RBTS. Raquel brings a sense of calm, steadiness, and genuine care to every session she leads. We can always count on her to provide high‑quality support to the clients she works with, meeting each child exactly where they are with patience and intention. We appreciate Raquel’s kind‑hearted spirit; being thoughtful and kind to everyone she interacts with is something we truly value here at ELFE. Thank you, Raquel, for a great year at ELFE!

We are beyond proud and excited to announce that our very own Alison is now officially a BCBA! This is a tremendous accomplishment and not something that is easily achieved. When we say Alison put in the work, we mean it. After earning her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, she has put in 1,500 hours of supervised fieldwork along with countless hours of studying to prepare to take a standardized test with a first‑time passing rate of only 51%, acing it on her first attempt! Alison has shown great determination and resilience during this journey, and we are so proud to celebrate this milestone with her and can’t wait to see what incredible impact she makes as a BCBA!

Doug has recently celebrated 1 year with ELFE as part of our maintenance team. Doug was brought on to the team to help around all three locations to maintain the facilities and grounds to help keep our every day operations running smoothly, but over the last year he has brought so much more to our team. Whether he’s tightening bolts, repairing equipment, or clearing snow, he always takes a moment to greet the children, show them what he’s working on, and offer a cheerful hello or a high five. Those small moments of kindness have made him a familiar and trusted face to the kids and staff alike. We appreciate Doug’s attention to detail, his reliability, and his willingness to drop everything when something needs immediate care. His work ensures that our classrooms, playgrounds, and shared spaces stay safe, functional, and ready for all the learning and laughter that fill them each day! Thank you Doug for your dedication and reliability, your behind-the-scenes dedication keeps our facilities running smoothly and efficiently, allowing our teams to focus on providing the best care possible!

CJ has been a rocking RBT at our South location for one year now! We are so grateful for CJ’s flexibility and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed. His ability to adapt, support the flow of the day, and meet the needs of both clients and fellow teammates makes a huge difference when it comes to being an RBT. What we admire most about CJ is the way he responds to children’s emotions with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He consistently offers encouragement, reassurance, and positive support, helping each child feel seen, understood, and safe! Thank you CJ we appreciate you and all that you bring to ELFE!

Nicole has recently celebrated two years with ELFE! Nicole is one of our dedicated RBTS, supporting both our UMED and Midtown locations with consistency, compassion, and a true passion for ABA. Her love for the work shines through in every session, whether she’s adapting to a child’s unique needs, adjusting to the environment, or finding creative ways to keep each moment meaningful. One of the qualities we value most about Nicole is her reliability. She’s someone her coworkers naturally turn to when they need clarification, guidance, or simply a steady presence. Her ability to explain things clearly and support others is what makes her invaluable to ELFE. Nicole brings a wonderful balance of professionalism and personality. Her easy going nature makes collaboration feel effortless, and her sense of humor adds a bit of lightness to each day. A little silly banter with Nicole goes a long way in keeping spirits high while still working hard. Thank you Nicole for everything you bring to the team!

Kara has been part of our Midtown team for three years now! Kara shows up each and every day with a positive attitude and a kind spirit! With so much love in her heart for all the kids, Kara is a fantastic example of a responsive care giver. Her attention to detail is one of the qualities we value most at ELFE. In the infant classroom, where every small cue matters, Kara’s careful, thoughtful approach brings comfort and reassurance to families. They know their little ones are not only safe, but truly seen, understood, and nurtured. Thank you Kara for all the love and commitment you bring to ELFE!
